Temperature is very important for the relaxation of sealing ring. No matter what kind of rubber material, the aging speed will be accelerated at high temperature. The higher the temperature, the greater the deformation of gas compression will be, when the deformation of the product exceeds 40%, the sealing ring will slowly lose its elastic capacity, causing leakage. In some cases, the sealing degree will disappear with the sharp decrease of temperature. Even if the rubber material is resistant to low temperature, it will not exceed 25% compared with the stress generated at 20 degrees, when installing the sealing ring, set the initial stress and fully consider the temperature factor in the working environment.
