When the product is exposed to high temperature and high pressure, test the weight, integrity and heat insulation of the product within the specified time.
1. Loss of integrity: When cotton cushion is ignited or the back fire surface burns for more than 10 seconds, the test piece is considered to lose integrity; During the test, the probe with a diameter of 6mm can pass through the crack and enter the furnace, and the probe can not be less than 150mm along the crack length; When the probe with a straight diameter of 25mm can pass through the crack and enter the furnace, the specimen is considered to lose its integrity.
2. Loss of heat insulation: when the average temperature rise of the back fire surface of the specimen exceeds the initial average temperature of the specimen surface 140 ℃ or the temperature rise of the back fire surface at any point exceeds the initial temperature of 180 ℃ at this point, it is considered that the specimen loses heat insulation.
3. Loss of bearing quality: when the test part collapses during the test; Or when the maximum deflection of the beam and slab member, the axial deformation of the column member, and the axial deformation rate of the column member exceed the specified value, the test piece is considered to lose bearing quality.
